Print colored strips here  and slot them behind the piano keys near the middle of the piano keyboard. Match the colors on the strips with the colored stars shown on this diagram.

The notes are introduced one at a time beginning with middle C for the right hand.
 
The 1 above the first note reminds the student to use finger 1 to play middle C. The middle C is red to match the "red key" on the piano, so use finger 1 to play this key.

When you see the Rest Symbol,  stop playing and say "Rest", and then move on to play the next note.

Try playing through C Song. Click the player below  to hear what it should sound like.

​Once you have mastered C Song,  try playing it with the play-along track.
Click on the C Song video, wait for the 4 beat count-in and then start playing!
